Terms of Reference

CFA UK's Memorandum and Articles require the Board to appoint an Executive Committee which is required to meet monthly and has responsibility for management of the Society between Board meetings. The Board is required to formally appoint the Executive Committee at the first meeting after the Annual General Meeting. 50% of the Executive Committee must be CFA charterholders. Membership comprises CFA UK Chairman, the Secretary and five other members. Three members constitute a quorum.
