When you enter the test centre, the first thing you see will be the front desk (pictured left) where you must present your photographic identification document. The check-in agent will tell you what to do next: whether to wait in the seating area near the check-in desk, or to head straight for one of the numbered computer terminals in the next room. |

You will be asked to leave any personal items in the lockers beside the seating area (pictured left). You are not allowed to take anything into the test room; no bags, papers, books, stationary, food, water, mobile phones, palm pilots, pagers, etc... |

When your test time is imminent, you will be asked to go through the door to the test room (pictured left), where you will have a numbered desk with a computer terminal (plus a Casio FX-83ES scientific calculator, one portable whiteboard, and a whiteboard pen). |

There is an invigilation desk in the testing room (pictured left), from which the invigilator has a clear line of sight to every desk and every computer. Your computer will only run the exam for which you are registered. There is also a soundproofed room (not pictured) in which a candidate with a disability (a visual or manual impairment) can sit the test with the help of an amanuensis who reads out the questions and types in the answers. |
