About Membership
CFA UK's membership is becoming increasingly global in nature as its links with the CFA Institute continue to be strengthened. Regular members of both bodies now account for 75% of all CFA UK's 7000 members. Whilst the principal source of new members has been from amongst CFA students and newly qualified CFA graduates, over 800 holders of the IMC qualification have chosen to join, following a decision by CFA UK to widen its membership categories.
Terms of Reference
- To oversee the annual membership satisfaction survey and ensure the survey’s independence and utility to the society.
- To review and monitor the membership participation rate and to assist the society in building the participation rate.
- To review and monitor membership totals and to assist the society in developing membership benefits likely to increase member numbers.
- To help the society develop and maintain suitable membership recruitment procedures and literature.
- To ensure that member data is used for appropriate purposes only.
- To liaise with other committees, particularly the Marketing & Communications Committee, to support membership.
- To review all policy issues relating to membership.
