How do I reschedule my exam?
You can reschedule or postpone your exam up until
48 hours prior to your exam slot.
To do this:
- login to your Pearson VUE profile using your unique Username and Password, OR
- call Pearson VUE directly on 0870 609 5777 quoting your candidate number
Please ensure that you have completed the rescheduling process, and have received an email from Pearson VUE confirming your new date and time.
If you have not received a confirmation email, you must contact Pearson VUE immediately.
If you fail to attend your exam, you will need
re-register and will need to make a new payment.
