IT Committee

The focus of the committee has been continued oversight of the management of IT systems, future projects and best practise implementation. Its main purpose is to help ensure the long-term system stability of the Society by overseeing the management of the Society’s IT infrastructure.

Ian Paczek

Main responsibilities 

  • Develop, review and provide an independent assessment of the strategic IT plans of the Society and to review and provide input to the Society’s IT roadmap
  • Review and identify risks relating to the Society’s IT and provide suggestions for risk mitigation
  • Ensure that the Society’s IT is fit for purpose for the next five years, or to ensure that plan is in place to effect any changes needed
