WE SUPPORT APPRENTICESHIPS

Everyone’s career pathway is different – and we believe that improves our industry. It’s why we support apprenticeships that are developed by employers, for employers to help newcomers to investments to get the best possible start. We support: 

  • The Financial Services Professional (Level 6) Apprenticeship 
  • The Senior Investment/Commercial Banking (Level 7) Apprenticeship 

Not only does this support individuals looking to enter the industry, but these standards help firms obtain funding and find new talent.

FINANCIAL SERVICES PROFESSIONAL (LEVEL 6)

We work with our colleagues at CFA Institute to award the Financial Services Professional (Level 6) apprenticeship. This standard is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in level. This standard covers the knowledge found in the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the CFA Level 1 exam. In the final year, you will also be eligible for Level I of the CFA Program – the industry-leading qualification for investors.

SENIOR INVESTMENT / COMMERCIAL BANKING PROFESSIONAL (LEVEL 7)

Again, working with our colleagues at CFA Institute, we also award the Senior Investment/Commercial Banking Professional (Level 7) apprenticeship. This standard covers all three levels of the CFA Program, meaning you can earn the prestigious CFA designation. It’s the perfect next step for those who have taken the Level 6 qualification. We recommend that you pass the CFA Level 1 exam before taking this apprenticeship.
