When you’re starting your career, there’s a lot you don’t know. But a CFA UK mentor can give you the knowledge you never knew you needed. You’ll form a helpful, positive relationship with a CFA UK member – they'll show you the ropes and welcome you into our community. You’ll also grow your CV by becoming a mentee, meaning a more successful career could be just around the corner.

WHY BECOME A MENTEE?

Being a mentee gives you the edge over your peers – but that’s not all. You’ll meet a mentor that wants you to succeed in achieving your goals. When you describe your ambitions and your challenges, your mentor will help you navigate them. Mentees also lead the relationship – you set up the meetings and have control over the process.

HOW TO APPLY

If you’re a CFA UK member in the first five years of your membership, you’re already eligible to become a mentee. The application window to join is open twice a year, and demand is high! We let our members know by email when these windows open. From there, our staffed office will give you a call to discuss your aims and objectives, and our Mentoring Working Group will match you with your mentor.
