Build-to-rent: A booming market or a bust?

Thursday 20 January 2022 | 17:00 - 18:00 | Webinar

This session is brought to you by CFA UK's Real Estate special interest group.

The build-to-rent market (otherwise known as multi-family) is an established segment of the residential market in the USA. However, up until recently it had not penetrated the UK and Europe.

Join the Real Estate special interest group on a webinar exploring the build-to-rent market. They will discuss the following questions:

  • How do you define the build-to-rent market?
  • What differentiates it from buy-to-let and rental residential?
  • Why is this industry attractive to investors?
  • What are the keys to success or failure of the market?
  • How big can the market get?

Where recordings are made, these are a member benefit that are accessed through the member-only platform, CFA UK Discover.
