ESG investment: Beyond equities

Wednesday 02 June 2021 | 18:30 - 19:30 | Webinar

Where much of the recent discussion surrounding ESG and sustainable investments has focused on the listed equity market, advances in approaches in other asset classes have highlighted that different routes to corporate funding require different approaches to ESG risk management.

For the coming generations of investment managers, understanding these approaches will become increasingly critical in their roles. In this joint event with CFA UK and the University of Edinburgh Business School’s Centre for Business, Climate Change, and Sustainability (B-CCaS) — David Hickey, CFA, will chair a panel of experts who will discuss the roles of the bond market, banks, and of real asset investment.

This event has been organised by CFA UK's Scottish Committee and is being held in association with The Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI).

Where recordings are made, these are a member benefit that are accessed through the member-only platform, CFA UK Discover.
