Speaker

Melia Easingwood, Career Coach

Melia coaches leaders who are going through a transition either within or across organisations, where building executive presence is frequently a key focus.

Before becoming a coach, Melia’s career span management consulting, strategy and executive search. As a consultant and strategist her role involved working with and presenting to executive boards, so she learned how to cultivate gravitas early on in her career.

Latterly, as an executive search consultant specialising in placing board level management and non-executives into PE-back companies, she interviewed candidates and advised them on how to demonstrate gravitas in order to succeed in securing their desired roles.

Melia has a BS in finance & management from NYU’s Stern School of Business, a masters in business administration from INSEAD, and is a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme, which is accredited by the Association for Coaching. She supports clients through her own business, Flow Business Coaching, and through Coaching and Beyond, a collaboration of seven business leaders turned coaches.
