Oliver Wayne, Head of Equity Research at Redington and Arthur Budaghyan, CFA, Emerging Markets Chief Strategist at BCA Research will invite participants to bring their longstanding experience in assessing public emerging markets equities to the panel. 

This webinar will cover:

  • EM equities opportunities post pandemic: short term and long term outlook in a multi asset portfolio.
  • Specfic aspects of due diligence of EM strategies/managers and the differences and similarities with those of developed markets.

Speakers

Arthur Budaghyan, CFA, Emerging Markets Chief Strategist, BCA Research

Arthur is currently BCA Research’s Chief Strategist, Emerging Markets Strategy. Since joining BCA Research in 1999, he has been responsible for EM trading strategies and became the Chief Strategist of the emerging markets strategy in 2005.

Prior to BCA Research, Arthur worked for a regulatory government agency in Armenia supervising financial markets. Arthur has an MBA from America University of Armenia, a Masters in Economic Policy Management from McGill University, and is a CFA charterholder.

Oliver Wayne, Senior Vice President, Redington

Oliver is a Senior Vice President in Redington's manager research team where he leads the research, selection and monitoring of public equity managers.

Oliver joined Redington in September 2016 from Willis Towers Watson where he led the firm’s research on UK equity managers, along with being a member of their global equity research team.

Oliver holds a BA (Hons) in accounting and financial management from the University of Sheffield.
