Why are Inclusion and Diversity a fundamental business imperative?

Simon Langley, Consultant, Royal London Asset Management, explains the importance of creating an inclusive culture at work.

On this short video interview, Simon tells us that the investment industry might risk missing out on many aspects of diversity if it does not become more inclusive. He says that "evidence is very strong that diversity brings in different ways of thinking, different perspectives, different experiences, and by bringing that in you enrich your business". 

In addition, Simon explained that the impact of being part of the programme is actually starting to flow through now, as the firm was very please to see that of RLAM's investment manager was identified as one of the top three female analysts in the world.
