Remuneration committee

 

The Remuneration committee is a small committee that comprises the immediate past Chair, current Chair, Treasurer and Deputy Chair. The remuneration committee ensures that remuneration arrangements support the strategic aims of CFA UK and enable the recruitment, motivation and retention of senior executives while also complying with the requirements of regulation.

Main responsibilities

  • Reports to the Board annually on the society’s staffed office’s salary arrangements, staffed office’s performance against targets, staffing strategy and any identified risks or vulnerabilities
  • Sets and reviews the remuneration, including salary, pension arrangements and bonus structure, for the chief executive and review the remuneration, including salary, pension arrangements and bonus, where applicable, as set for the executive team and all other employees
