CFA UK Career development pathway: Career conversations: Lessons, insights and next steps

Thursday 19 November 2026 | 18:00 - 20:30 | Evening Event

Join us for the final event in the CFA UK Career Development Pathway, where speakers from across the programme come together for an interactive panel discussion and audience Q&A.

Throughout the pathway, we have explored some of the key challenges and opportunities facing early-career professionals in financial services, from working effectively across generations and communicating with confidence, to developing the practical life and financial skills that support long-term career success. This concluding session brings these themes together, offering attendees the opportunity to hear different perspectives, ask questions, and reflect on the skills needed to build a successful and sustainable career in the industry.

The discussion will be followed by networking drinks, providing an opportunity to continue the conversation and connect with fellow members and industry professionals.
