CFA UK Annual general meeting 2026

Only a member of the society is entitled to attend and vote at the annual general meeting. However, if you wish to appoint another person as a proxy to exercise rights to attend, speak and vote on your behalf please submit your proxy by electronic voting which will be emailed to you automatically. The proxy need not be a member of the society 

We are delighted to invite CFA UK members to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday 24 November. As a member of CFA UK, this is your opportunity to comment and vote on the resolutions that help shape the future of your Society.  

This year, the AGM will take votes in the form of a poll. This means that all members will vote electronically through the voting portal. All eligible voting members will be sent a unique code and voting link in advance of the meeting by email. 

The AGM will be starting promptly at 18:00, with arrival refreshments available from 17:30.  

We would be delighted to hear from you directly at the AGM on the resolutions presented or in respect of any other issues that you wish to raise about the Society's activities. The CFA UK Board is committed to member dialogue and welcomes questions to be submitted prior to the meeting via email to agm@cfauk.org. We will respond to questions received in advance of the meeting.  

Votes can be submitted virtually in advance or digitally in-person during the AGM. 

We are pleased to confirm that the winter reception will be taking place after the AGM at the same venue. Please note, that this booking page is for the AGM only and not for the Winter Reception, this should be booked separately here.
