Emma Kangis, Executive & Leadership Coach with over a decade of coaching experience, specialising in high performance, leadership development and talent growth within financial services and other high-pressure industries. 

Prior to establishing her coaching and consulting practice, Emma held leadership roles across commercial and client-facing functions, giving her first-hand experience of leading teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, driving growth, and operating in demanding, high-performance environments. 

Today, Emma works with executives, senior leaders, emerging leaders and leadership teams across financial services, law, technology and the music and entertainment sectors. She partners with clients to strengthen leadership effectiveness, communication, influence, stakeholder management and team performance.
