Being promoted to lead the team you once worked in is exciting—but it’s also one of the most challenging transitions in an investment-management career. Leadership isn’t about doing more of the same; it’s about thinking differently, building authority, and managing relationships in a new way.
This interactive webinar is designed for newly promoted professionals who want practical strategies to succeed in their first leadership role. You’ll have the chance to submit real-life scenarios in advance, and these will be discussed live during the session giving you tailored advice and actionable insights.
Join Martyn Barmby, Director, MSB Executive as he shares essential tools for making this transition successfully, including:
• Shifting from doing the work to directing it developing confidence to delegate effectively
• Knowing when to step in versus step back balancing oversight with empowerment
