Anthony Bolton
Anthony Bolton is one of the UK's best known investment fund managers and most successful investors, having managed the Fidelity Special Situations Fund from December 1979 to December 2007. He subsequently managed the Fidelity China Special Situations PLC from 2010 to 2014. He also ran at different times Fidelity European Fund, Fidelity Funds – European Growth Fund and the two investment trusts, Fidelity European Values PLC and Fidelity Special Values PLC. From 2014-2024 he was a director of Fidelity International. Mr Bolton started his career in the investment industry in 1971 at Keyser Ullmann where he worked as an analyst and later at Schlesinger Investments where he first became a portfolio manager. He joined Fidelity International in 1979 at the launch of Fidelity’s European business.
Tom Stevenson, Investment Director, Fidelity International
Tom Stevenson is an Investment Director at Fidelity International and is an expert on markets, investment trends and themes. He writes regular articles for Fidelity and contributes to its popular podcast, The Personal Investor. He also appears regularly in the media, commenting on the news from an economic, market and consumer perspective. Before joining Fidelity International in 2008, he worked at Investors Chronicle, The Independent, Hemscott and the Telegraph, where he continues to contribute a popular weekly column on the markets.
