Tristram Lawton specialises in advising buy side firms on all aspects of the UK and EU regulatory regimes. 

Tristram is a Managing Associate in the Financial Services Regulation group in London. Tristram’s primary focus is advising institutional asset managers, private banks and wealth managers on regulatory issues including MiFID, AIFMD, UCITS, compliance with the FCA Rules and cross-border business.  

He has worked with various industry bodies to assist in preparation for regulatory change. Tristram is also an expert in environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and sustainable finance.
