LONDON, UK. 30 June 2026 — CFA UK and Content With Purpose (CWP) have launched The Confidence Dividend, a new digital film series exploring how the investment industry is responding to a period of rapid technological, economic, and regulatory change.
The series brings together perspectives from across the global investment community to examine how organisations and professionals are navigating disruption while maintaining the confidence, accountability, and long-term thinking that underpin financial markets.
AI, geopolitical uncertainty, regulation and investor expectations are reshaping the industry. The series explores how investment professionals are adapting in areas such as leadership, governance, skills development, sustainability, and innovation.
Produced by CWP in partnership with CFA UK, The Confidence Dividend features a mix of short-form documentaries and expert interviews, designed to provide insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of investment.
The series includes contributions from the following content partners: Elwood, 21shares, Clearwater, Impact Investing Institute, and Saïd Business School - University of Oxford.
It also features interviews with industry experts and leaders from across the investment profession, including Sylvia Solomon, Chair of CFA UK; Juan Salazar, Senior Engagement Specialist at Pictet Asset Management; Clara Durodié, CEO of Cognitive Finance Group; Catherine Howarth, CEO and Founder of ShareAction; Nic Pillow, Ventures Director at Blackfinch Ventures; and Shoaib Akhtar, Senior Investment Analyst at Ascot Lloyd Investment Management.
The project supports CFA UK’s work to promote ethics, education and professionalism across the investment industry, while practically supporting professionals with the skills, knowledge and behaviours to navigate change.
Themes explored throughout the series include the impact of AI and emerging technologies on investment decision-making, approaches to resilience and risk management, sustainable and impact investing, professional development, governance, and the growing importance of trust in financial markets.
The films were created for a broad professional audience, including investment managers, financial institutions, policymakers, educators, fintech innovators, students, and the wider CFA network.
