On this short video interview, Kathryn explains how Allianz Global Investor, a co-founder of the programme, was pleased with the opportunity to promote and implement inclusion and diversity within the firm, and why it helped to support the organisation's own diversity strategy.
The Partner Programme, says Kathryn, "was a chance for us to to work with our peers to identify best practices, what has worked well for us, and be able to share what we have done".
