At CFA UK, the health and well-being of our members, candidates and staff is our top priority.

We are currently working closely with Pearson Vue and monitoring all developments relating  to Coronavirus (Covid-19).

Candidates wishing to reschedule an arranged exam appointment are required to provide more than 72 hours’ notice prior to the appointment time. This can be done by logging into the Pearson VUE website using the candidate login details. Rescheduling examinations are only fully complete after receiving a confirmation email from Pearson VUE verifying the new date selection. If an email is not received then your exam is not rescheduled.

Health concerns

Candidates who have health concerns related to COVID-19 and have an exam scheduled with Pearson Vue within 72 hours, are advised to contact Pearson Vue directly (phone number 0370 6095 777). Pearson Vue will be able to provide tailored advice on whether to sit the exam and possible rescheduling arrangements.
