• Support members and firms with practical steps to improve inclusion and diversity in the workplace
• Help to build a more inclusive and diverse investment profession and support sustainable performance for firms and individuals
The outcomes provided to members of the Inclusion & Diversity Network, CFA UK members and the wider investment industry are;
• Access to events featuring industry leaders focused on inclusion and diversity in investment
• Leadership training and guidance on what it takes to be successful in the profession
• Building relationships, network and connect with other industry peers
• Learning from the outcomes of the Inclusion and Diversity Partner Programme
• Access to resources content covering a range of different topics, such as socio-economic diversity, LGBT+, and mental health awareness.
