CFA UK's Inclusion and Diversity Committee leads the Inclusion and Diversity Network with the aim of championing these values within the profession and promoting that investment is open to all.

Main responsibilities

Support members and firms with practical steps to improve inclusion and diversity in the workplace
Help to build a more inclusive and diverse investment profession and support sustainable performance for firms and individuals

The outcomes provided to members of the Inclusion & Diversity Network, CFA UK members and the wider investment industry are;

Access to events featuring industry leaders focused on inclusion and diversity in investment
Leadership training and guidance on what it takes to be successful in the profession
Building relationships, network and connect with other industry peers
Learning from the outcomes of the Inclusion and Diversity Partner Programme
Access to resources content covering a range of different topics, such as socio-economic diversity, LGBT+, and mental health awareness.
