Gender Diversity Partner Programme

The CFA UK Gender Diversity Partner Programme has been set up in conjunction with our Gender Diversity Network to support organisations and the wider industry in identifying and implementing best practice in policy and delivery on diversity.

Research shows that diverse corporations tend to be better aligned with their clients and communities, they also foster better and more sustainable performance. Organisations with partner status will work towards:

  • Improving the pipeline and identifying talent pools
  • Empowering and engaging staff to allow them to develop into future roles
  • Encouraging inclusive leadership at all levels

The programme, launched in November 2017, will work collaboratively with five leading investment firms to deliver practical outcomes that can be implemented within organisations to enhance diversity. Outputs will include research, events, best practice guides and toolkits. The founding partners Allianz Global Investors, Fidelity International, PIMCO, Royal London Asset Management and Vanguard and will support investment firms in the development and delivery of their gender diversity strategies.
