We all have good intentions when it comes to nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other key elements of our physical and mental well-being. 

Turning these ideas into practice and reality is a struggle for many of us. Healthy habits can help change that.

  • Nutrition – watch what you eat and drink!

  • Good night – sleep well!

  • Adrenaline – peace of mind?

Chris is a multi lingual HR professional  and trainer  with over 25 years of experience in industry, academia and consulting. Chris has held management/executive roles at Goodyear, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and satellite operator SES in Luxembourg.  

Chris has designed and delivered executive education on topics including high impact presentations, influencing, negotiations, and assertiveness.

Chris holds a masters in business administration and an MA in political science.
